About the Role

A Booking Coordinator is responsible for managing workflow within the business through the effective allocation, communication and booking of jobs. We are looking for someone who would deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients, approaching their role with attention to detail and efficiency. The ideal candidate will effectively manage valuers’ schedules to achieve desirable client outcomes and efficient use of valuer time. They will use internal systems and external platforms to ensure Acumentis meets and exceeds internal and industry performance expectations.

  • Report compilation
  • Use of valuation systems
  • Supporting management with general tasks.

About You

You’ll be a great fit for us if:

  • You have previous customer service experience, but not essential
  • You have working knowledge of locations across Victoria or Tasmania (open to applicants who are currently residing in TAS)
  • You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You are efficient and able to co-ordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers.
  • You have strong IT skills – fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • You are reliable and have conscientious work ethic
  • You are able to manage stress under pressure
