About the Role and Team

This is a newly created role in a new team! The team culture is vibrant and friendly, the office is supportive. The manager is personable, warm, flexible and supportive. In terms of the

A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting client workflow within the business, handling new enquiries, job set up, timely delivery and consistently high-quality output. We are looking for someone who seeks to deliver customer service to stakeholders, in a proactive, and personable manner while, approaching their role with attention to detail and efficiency. You will utilise the appropriate software (as part of a broader administrative support team, to set Acumentis up for success internally and externally! Training will be provided, as part of this role with the software. 

  • Handle inbound 1300 calls, webchat and email to seize new opportunities and resolve client queries
  • Use of CRM for management of new enquiries, and set up and sending of quotes
  • Job set up including property and title searches, requesting and attaching required documentation.

About You

  • You have strong attention to detail and able to balance that with being in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are efficient and able to coordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers.
  • You have working knowledge of locations across Western Australia 
  • You have strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
