About the Role

We’re seeking a Director – Asset Advisory to lead our land and buildings advisory function across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. You’ll drive technical excellence, deliver complex valuation and advisory projects, strengthen client relationships, and guide a high‑performing national team. This role is central to shaping our asset advisory strategy, capability and market presence.

This is a national team and the role is open to candidates located anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead expert for asset valuation and advisory (land and buildings), sharing insights and best practice across sectors.
  • Deliver on complex engagements, with a high level of client relationship management, high quality outputs and securing further work.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver strategic advice, and manage their assets effectively.
  • Targeting key clients in-line with our strategy and developing a pipeline of opportunities to support the growth of the Asset Advisory business.
  • Mentor direct reports to ensure effective management of staff performance within the performance management framework.

  • High‑level written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with valuation systems and Microsoft Office.

Essential Skills

  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (CPV) and API membership – Mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience undertaking valuations for Financial Reporting and Insurance Purposes 
  • Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven managerial and team leadership experience
  • Able to travel domestically and overseas (NZ, Pacific).
