Job Description
Acumentis isa company, providing property valuations acrossall property classes, nationwide. Currently going through an expansion phase due to growth across the business. As a result are looking for applications from Senior Valuers who hold current Certified Practicing Valuer qualifications to join our Commercial team. We are seeking applications from candidates with the following qualities:
Qualifications: You hold relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification and API membership (this is a non-negotiable due to the property valuation industry’s governing body)
Experience: 5 years post qualification experience would be ideal, however we are open to other applications.
Relationship Based: You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Business Development: You are comfortable with growing and achieving goals, and growing client base.
Commercial Experience: Ideally you have experience working across a broad range of property valuation types.
Fit: You are looking for a friendly and supportive team, your manager is very approachable. The team is mainly based in the office, with some room for flexible working.
