About the Role
As a Residential Valuer, you will be a key member of our team, collaborating with fellow Valuers and Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals. Your responsibilities will include:
High-Quality Valuations: Deliver valuations of the highest quality, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
Strategic Collaboration: Report regularly to the Regional Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes.
This position is also open to an Associate Director or Director role for the right candidate.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You’ll be a great fit for us if:
You have a minimum 2 year's relevant experience in residential valuations
You possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant Property Degree
You have a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification
You have strong working knowledge of the residential property market in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.
You have a great ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues
