About the Role

As Director, you'll be a key member of our South East Queensland operation - ensuring continued growth and excellence. Reporting to the State Director Regional Operations, you'll collaborate with professionals to ensure operational standards are met and exceeded. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running. This position is open to candidates based anywhere in the South East Queensland region. We are also open to candidates who are looking to move to this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive rural valuation reports.
  • Serve as a reputable ambassador for Acumentis, enhancing our profile and reputation through quality work and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion risk management and compliance efforts, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.
  • Cultivate a network of valuers and clients, driving business growth and market presence.

Desired Attributes:

  • Relevant rural property valuation experience,
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and local property markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, making sound decisions under pressure.
